I contacted customer service where they asked for everything but my fingerprints and then spent ten minutes trying to convince the rep that I wasn’t lying, taking several photos, at which point she just said that it didn’t look like plastic to her and there was nothing she could do, but offered me a ten percent coupon. I thought that since the description was entirely false and it would cost less than 2 dollars to ship them back, that this seemed a little high. I wanted to return them, but the return fee is 8.00. I purchased two necklaces on the website and the description said they were “gold plated metal.” When they arrived, they looked cute, but I was shocked to see that they were made of plastic.
